Specializing in modern European and Asian cuisine, Chef Bemz brings a wealth of experience from working in a Michelin Star restaurant in Singapore, where precision, artistry, and discipline defined every plate.
Now leading both the kitchen operations and the restaurant’s wider food & beverage vision, Chef Bemz ensures Antler & Ember is not only a dining destination of exceptional flavors but also a seamless, memorable guest experience. His philosophy is clear: food is art, and every dish must tell a story.
His journey began with his father’s straightforward yet profound words: “You won’t die when you work as a chef.” That sparked a lifelong passion—first for survival, then for creativity, and ultimately for redefining European dining traditions with inventive flair. Today, his dual role allows him to craft signature menus, shape the guest experience, and oversee every detail of the F&B concept at Antler & Ember.
